Yes! The core features (snap receipts, track warranties, smart reminders, and basic claims) are completely free forever. We may offer optional premium features in the future, but basic use will always stay free.
Just tap "Snap & Forget" in the app, take a photo of your receipt or warranty card, and our AI instantly extracts the product name, purchase date, and warranty length. You can also manually add items or connect your email for automatic imports.
Yes! When you connect your email (Google or Apple), we use secure machine-learning to scan for receipts — we never read your emails manually. Everything stays private and encrypted.
You'll receive gentle push notifications 90 days, 30 days, and 7 days before any warranty expires. You can also connect Google Calendar (optional) to automatically add reminders to your own calendar.
Extremely. Your information is encrypted, stored securely on AWS, and we never sell or share your personal data. We only use the minimum permissions needed (e.g., read-only email for receipt import). You can delete everything anytime.
Yes — we request only the minimum permissions (read-only email and calendar access). Your Google tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted instantly if you disconnect. We only use them to import receipts and add reminder events.
When something breaks, open the app, find the item, and tap "File Claim." We show you the remaining warranty time, export your receipt + proof instantly, and give you the manufacturer's direct claim link or phone number with pre-filled details.
Absolutely. Sign in with the same Apple/Google/email account on your phone, tablet, or web, and your warranties sync instantly across all devices.
All your data is safely stored in the cloud. Just reinstall the app and sign in with the same account — everything will be there.
If you have a referral code, enter it during signup or in the app settings. Both you and your friend get extra benefits (longer free trial of any future premium features or bonus storage). Codes are optional and easy to share.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data (receipts, warranties, personal info) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Google Calendar events we created will stay in your calendar but we will no longer have access.
