Welcome to WarrantyHub! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WarrantyHub mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Our Service

WarrantyHub helps you track product warranties, store receipts, receive expiration reminders, and manage claims in one secure place. The Service is provided "as is" and does not replace official manufacturer warranties, purchase receipts, or legal documents.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when signing up and when adding warranties or receipts.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any data (receipts, warranty details, notes) you upload or enter.
WarrantyHub does not verify the validity of any warranty or guarantee that a claim will be approved by the manufacturer.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and technology in the Service are owned by WarrantyHub or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.

You retain ownership of the warranty data and receipts you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app or website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Use the Service to harass, spam, or collect data from other users.
Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

6. Referrals and Promotions

We may offer referral codes or promotional benefits. These are subject to additional rules we publish at the time of the offer. We may modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

      The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all warranties will be accurately tracked. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or financial loss resulting from your use of the Service or from any manufacturer's denial of a warranty claim.
    

8. Refunds and Data Verification

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the Service.

Additionally, we never manually verify warranty or receipt information. All details are extracted by artificial intelligence (AI) automatically. It is solely the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of any AI-provided information. We accept no responsibility or liability for incorrect dates, missing data, or misinterpreted warranty terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the app at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santa Cruz County, California.
